The hard boiled egg machine employs the lastest technology to ensure the egg yolk and white are cooked with perfection. The eggs are being cooked by passing it throught a steam tunnel. The eggs are continuously rolling through a conveyor to ensure that the egg yolk is positioned at the centre of the egg after it is fully cooked.
These hardboiled eggs are perfect for Braised rice egg, Nasi Lemak etc.
These eggs are kept in plastic bag together with brine water.
