Pasteurized Frozen Liquid Whole Egg

The whole eggs are made by cracking and isolating the egg shells from fresh, unfertilized eggs.  The whole eggs contain of egg white and egg yolk, which are mixed homogenouly prior to pasteurization process. The final stage is sending the whole eggs for blast freezing below -18°C.
The pasteurized frozen liquid whole egg is suitable for bakery and food processing factory which need large quanitiy of whole egg with uncompromised quality. Our pasteurized liquid whole egg is prodcued in the highest standard factory enviroment.

           Appearance:   Brown yellow liquid, consistance flow. Absent from egg shells and foreign matter.
