Soft Boiled Egg

The softboiled egg are machine cooked with perfection. The eggs are being cooked by passing it throught a steam tunnel. The eggs are continuously rolled through a conveyor. This process is to ensure that the egg yolk is positioned at the centre of the egg after it is fully cooked.

These softboiled eggs are perfectly complimentary for Ramen, Mee Siam and Poke.

These eggs are kept in plastic tray together with brine water.
